An individual approach to each of our customers is our main goal, and we take it extremely serious. What does that mean to you?

First of all, you can be sure that all the questions concerning your freight process will be handled by one person only: your personal manager. We know that endless forwarding from one employee to another can be really annoying, especially when your time is your money. We know the value of time, and this is The Way We Work:

When you’re working with us, your personal manager takes care of the whole freight process, from a quote to a statement of acceptance. Your manager’s task is to collect all the data concerning your freight from our internal departments, as well as from our partners, contractors and subcontractors, to process this data and present it to you, so that you always know what’s happening with your freight.
